An acrylic portrait using System 3 acrylics on A3 acrylic paper and finished with matt varnish.

My clients saw this piece of work in its early stages and were interested in purchasing it. I continued with the initial colours used and developed the abstract style while keeping them updated with the progress. Once completed they viewed it in the flesh, loved it and purchased it on the spot!

Framing was arranged by my clients and they also chose the name ‘Digby’ the bear. This name is very meaningful to my clients as they enjoy magical trips to woodlands in the surrounding area, where there is a tranquil pond named ‘Digby’s Dell’ frequented by dragonflies and damselflies.

I have since been on a visit there with my clients who are now among my vegan friends.

I am in love with this bear and I’m so delighted with where he sits in our hallway.
